back to school

First day of Transitional Kindergarten… Exactly 3 years ago! Back to School Classroom Essentials from CVS I would totally be lying if I said I was bummed that it’s already time for the kiddo to go back to school. Don’t get me wrong, it’s been an awesome summer… From fun getaways, to a new home, to daily dips, and baseball games, we’ve packed a lot in. But if I haven’t made it abundantly clear, I’m pregnant (9 months to be exact), HOT, and ready for normalcy to resume (wait, there is normalcy with a new baby, right? Please, say right). The hard part, getting organized and getting a good morning routine down pat. The morning routine… a definite work in progress. But thanks to P-Touch Label Makers, I have to say, I’m feeling on top of my game in the organization department. The night before school, Jonah decorated his plastic bin for his cubby and we ...Read More

As I made mental lists and actual lists (God, I miss having the time to be anal retentive), I’m pretty sure I declared a whole lot of sheeeyaat that I absolutely thought I would never do…. Yup. At the time, I was pretty sure that *I* would never be the one to discourage teeth brushing at bed time. Cue 2 weeks ago… I’m marching Baby-Ko in to his room after his third attempt ...Read More
